Yes. You are responsible for supplying a mop, broom, vacuum cleaner and toilet scrubber. We do not provide these things. Failure to provide these items will result in an additional fee as the cleaning cannot be completed without these household items.

We understand things come up, if you need to cancel please contact us at 203-441-5042 at least 24 hours in advance to prevent any cancellation charges. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

We love our fur babies but it takes extra work to remove fur from surfaces. We charge $25 for the removal of pet fur from the surfaces we clean.

Yes, you can certainly include add-ons. These include: window interiors, refrigerator(s), cabinet interiors, oven(s) and kitchen(s).

No, we do not offer cleaning or steaming of upholstery. However, we have quite a few trustworthy vendors we can refer you to.

Yes. As long as it is supplied by you we can use the cleaning solution(s) you provide. If you prefer to use our cleaning solutions. you can select that option when booking.
