1. Introduction
Welcome to Kai’s Cleaning Co. and Kai’s Cleaning Co. LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our cleaning services and form a legally binding contract between Kai’s Cleaning Co. and Kai’s Cleaning Co. LLC and the client.
2. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, post construction cleanup, and air duct cleaning. Specialized services like window washing, carpet cleaning, and debris removal are not available. We do not move or lift furniture. All areas that will be cleaned need to be accessible for cleaning associates prior to the scheduled cleaning service time.
3. Scheduling and Availability
Services can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. We operate Monday from 7 am to 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm and Friday 7 am to 6:30pm. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices vary based on the size of the space and the type of service requested. We accept payments only via credit card and debit card. Payment is due upon booking of service. A 10% late fee applies for delayed payments. The original card on file will be charged.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the service time incur a fee of 50% of the original service cost.
6. Liability and Damage Policy
We assume responsibility for any damage or loss caused directly by our staff during cleaning. Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Safety and Security
Our staff undergo thorough background checks and are trained to respect client property and privacy. We adhere to strict security protocols while on client premises.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients should ensure the area is accessible, pets are secured, and valuables are stored away. We request a smoke-free environment while our staff is present. In order to maintain sanitary conditions, the client is required to provide: Mop(s), Broom(s), Toilet Scrubber(s), and Vacuum Cleaner(s). For our specialized steam cleaning service we do not require the client to provide the steam cleaning equiptment however, the aforementioned supplies is still required to be provided by the client. We are not responsible for the loss of cleaning products or equipment provided for a cleaning session.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
Client privacy is paramount. We do not disclose client information to third parties and maintain strict data security protocols.
